*Hourly services require a one-hour minimum. Additional time is billed in 15-minute increments.

Fixed-price services include all time necessary to perform described service. These are maximum prices and may be less if multiple services are used. One hour minimum applies. Unusual situations involving additional fees will be discussed in advance. 

†Computers with unusually large amounts of data may require an additional charge.

If installation or troubleshooting services run into an unsolvable problem, 50% of visit fee will be credited toward future services used within 30 days by the same customer.

For complex problems there may be significant savings by performing repairs at my location.

The minimum initial charge is $90. For projects that require more than one visit, any subsequent visits will be charged at the additional hourly rate with no minimum. Payment is expected at time of service and may be made by cash, check, or credit card.

Travel charges of $30/hour will apply outside of the 29909 and 29910 ZIP codes.

We will open the case of laptop computers only if absolutely necessary.

Because of the fragility of some laptop cases, we will not accept

any responsibility for damages when the case is opened.
